The new lift-and-slide M30700 with high antiballistic protection (FB4, FB6 level) and noise reduction is a robust non-thermal system which offers a wide range of typologies for lift & sliding frames such as double, triple, multiple sash horizontal sliding windows, as well as double sash meeting stile & pocket windows.

The profiles’ interconnection was designed so as to allow the system to carry weight up to 600 Kg per sash. M30700 system uses glass thickness up to 37mm with the application of special security glazing beads and special 6mm blades for high level security and inox massive rail.

M23000 is Alumil’s exclusive proposal for thermal break aluminium systems that emphasizes on high thermal insulation and sound reduction, as well as high security standards. The system elegantly combines the top quality ofaluminium with the leading aesthetic style of wood.

The connection of aluminium and wood is achieved with special clips which allow air circulation for avoiding corrosion from water condensation. M23000 offers a high security level by using a PVC groove mechanism with “mushroom” locking bolts securing into strikers. This results to an increased forced entry resistance up to 30 minutes and a WK3 certificate from the Ift Rosenheim institute. In addition, 24mm polyamides are used so as to offer an increased thermal insulation of Uf = 2,1 W/m2K. Some of the significant benefits are:

The M11500 Fire Resistant system is Alumil’s proposal for emergency situations, in case there is a need to delay the fire expansion so as to secure a proper and fast evacuation of buildings.

This system can be combined with a variety of filling elements which offer different levels of protection against fire and thus can serve a wide range of demands thanks to the following characteristics:

  • Available profiles in order to construct single or double sash doors but also it is possible to create fixed constructions in order to cover buildings facades or in order to create internal partitions
  • The system consists of three chamber aluminium profiles with thermal break
  • Very low Uf thermal insulation coefficient Thanks to 38mm width of “omega” type thermal break zone
  • In case of fixed construction, the system is certified in four different levels of fire resistance (Class EI 15, EI 30, EI 45 and EI 60)
  • Single and double sash doors are certified in two different levels of fire resistance (Class EM5 and T30)
  • The basic depth of the door frame and sash is 84mm

The M9650 is an economical thermal break system with a special glass-fiber reinforced polyamide and a satisfactory level of insulation. Certified by the German institute IFT Rosenheim, provides basic insulation, and can be combined without significant aesthetics difference in the same building with the frame system M11000, since they have the same characteristics and the same design lines.
